Where Breath Becomes Teaching

Step into a journey where breath becomes teaching, and practice becomes embodied knowledge.

Rooted in the traditional Ashtanga Yoga lineage, this RYT 200-hour training exceeds Yoga Alliance standards and is taught live — never pre-recorded. The program honors old-school, disciplined practice as passed down from generations of Ashtanga masters, emphasizing mentorship, apprenticeship, and personal guidance.

This training is designed for practitioners who want more than hours — students learn through direct observation, assisting, and real-time practice, building confidence and skill in teaching safely, therapeutically, and authentically.

Flexible learning options support students balancing life, work, and family:
• Live weekend online training
• Optional 10–12 day Maui immersion
• Combination of both formats for a complete learning experience

This training is not about collecting hours — it’s about embodying breath, movement, discipline, and self-study so that teaching becomes authentic, confident, and transformative.

• Yoga practitioners and students of any experience level
• Aspiring teachers seeking RYT certification
• Healthcare and wellness professionals (nurses, PT/OT, massage therapists, nutritionists, health coaches)
