  • My journey into healing began through one of the most difficult seasons of my life. At 20 years old, I was diagnosed with genetic endometriosis and early-onset ovarian cancer. I experienced deep physical pain, exhaustion, fear, and uncertainty about my future. During that season, I was searching not only for physical healing, but also for peace, strength, and hope.

    Through my faith in God, prayer, Scripture, and a deep commitment to healing the body naturally and intentionally, I began rebuilding my life one day at a time. I discovered therapeutic Ashtanga-based movement practices, breathwork, strength-building postures, meditation through prayer, mindfulness, Ayurvedic nutrition principles, and holistic natural remedies that supported my body’s ability to recover, restore, and heal.

    What began as survival slowly became a lifestyle rooted in discipline, faith, and daily wellness practices. Through structured movement, breath-centered practice, strengthening postures, restorative recovery, mindful living, and nourishing nutrition, I regained strength, vitality, resilience, and balance. These practices not only transformed my physical health, but also renewed my mind and deepened my relationship with God.

    As a licensed nurse, I learned to integrate my Western medical background with holistic wellness approaches that support prevention, recovery, nervous system regulation, stress reduction, mobility, and overall wellbeing. I believe healing works best when we care for the whole person — body, mind, and spirit.

    Today, I share these practices with others through wellness coaching, therapeutic movement, breathwork, strength and mobility training, restorative recovery practices, mindfulness, and faith-centered encouragement. My approach is welcoming and adaptable for all levels, whether someone is seeking healing support, stress relief, increased strength, improved health, emotional balance, or healthier daily habits.
