Christina’s experience spans motherhood, personal healing, and transforming the lives of students with pre-existing medical conditions through the practice of holistic, spiritual living. Early in her life, she faced her own medical challenges and integrated breath (pranayama), yoga postures, prayers, mantras, and meditation as her personal medicine. Over 30 years later, this daily practice—60 to 90 minutes, six days a week—has helped her remain devoted, faithful, and empowered, taking charge of her own well-being as her “inner pharmacy.”

She has written programs in Integrative Holistic Yoga Therapy for hospitals, wellness centers, and higher education, creating manuals and curricula that deepen understanding of both Western clinical care and Eastern holistic practices.

Christina offers Daily Mysore self-practice, Led Primary Series, workshops, retreats, and teacher training programs, emphasizing mindful movement, breath, and discipline to cultivate strength, awareness, emotional resilience, and vitality.

Outside the shala, Christina enjoys beach walks, playing the piano, serving at church , reading under the sunshine by the ocean, cooking Ayurvedic meals, and quiet moments with nature and her cat. She believes in creating space for mental clarity, joy, and freedom, which reflects in her teachings, christian life and holistic teaching yoga approach.

Her vision is to help students integrate yoga, mindful practices, and intentional living into daily life—fostering self care relationship with yourself, life - work - family balance, optimal health, and presence of God first in her life honoring the sacred gift of breath of life.
