Christina practices and teaches Ashtanga Yoga Therapy as a disciplined, therapeutic system of movement, breath, and awareness. With over 30 years of personal practice, Rooted in her catholic - christian faith as first and foremost , Ashtanga Yoga has also supported her heath, wellness and wellbeing, body, mind, and spirit, deepening her faith while guiding how she lives, teaches, and serves others.

Christina blends traditional Ashtanga Yoga lineage with Western clinical experience, having worked as an oncology and chronic care management nurse advocate. This unique perspective allows her to adapt the practice safely for students with chronic conditions, ortho and sports injuries, or mobility limitations, while supporting overall health, wellness, and vitality.

Her teaching emphasizes that consistent practice enhances neurological function, cardiovascular and metabolic health, mental focus, mindfulness, emotional resilience, and physical vitality. Each student is encouraged to practice at their own pace, honoring their body’s needs and personal journey.

Christina welcomes students of all levels and beliefs. Whether approached from a spiritual, secular, or therapeutic perspective, her classes offer Mysore-style self-practice, guided Led Primary Series, workshops, and therapeutic programs designed to cultivate strength, awareness, and holistic well-being.
