DONATION-BASED HEALING & THERAPEUTIC WELLNESS CLASSES

These classes are offered as a community-supported healing program designed to make breath, strength, movement, mindfulness, and recovery-based wellness accessible to all.

Your donation helps support someone who may not otherwise be able to attend—especially:

  • Veterans

  • Cancer patients & survivors

  • Individuals with chronic illness or financial hardship

  • Caregivers and those in recovery

Real-Life Therapeutic Wellness

These are gentle, adaptive, and supportive wellness classes focused on real-life application—not performance.

Each session integrates:

  • Breathwork for stress relief and nervous system balance

  • Gentle strength and mobility training

  • Functional movement for daily life

  • Guided meditation and mindfulness

  • Relaxation and recovery practices

  • Holistic lifestyle support for health and wellbeing

The goal is simple:
to help people breathe better, move better, feel stronger, and live with more ease in daily life—beyond the mat and into real life.

Donation-Based Contribution

Suggested donation: $5–$10 per class (if financially able)

No one is turned away due to inability to contribute.

A brief intake/waiver and consultation may be required before attending sponsored therapeutic classes.

Your Instructor

All classes are led by Christina Martini, a wellness practitioner with over 15 years of experience in healthcare, oncology support, and holistic wellness education.

Her background includes:

  • Certified Cancer Patient Advocate & Navigator (Harold Freeman Institute)

  • Certified Health Educator , Health & Wellness Coach

  • Certified Wellness & Therapeutic Movement Clinical Yoga Therapy Teacher

  • Breathwork, Meditation & Recovery Educator

  • Clinical Licensed nursing background in integrative care , chronic and oncology care management

Christina has worked with healthcare hospitals, systems, veterans, cancer patients, chronic illness populations, and individuals seeking stress recovery, strength, and whole-body wellness support.
