DONATION supports someone who can’t afford to pay for Gentle, Therapeutic Classes for Vets, Cancer Patients & Survivors

All Mind–Body Wellness classes are offered in partnership with certified teachers and yoga therapists from Shala Santosha Yoga & Ayurveda Wellness, Haiku, Maui.

These classes are gentle, therapeutic, safe, and supportive for all cancer patients and survivors.

Donation–Based:

Suggested contribution: $5–$10 per class (if financially able).

A Shala Santosha waiver and consultation / intake is required before attending sponsored classes.

Christina has taught therapeutic yoga, pranayama, meditation, relaxation and mindfulness to support veterans, cancer patients, individuals with chronic conditions, and those seeking holistic well-being.
