Coaching & Consultations
Initial Session – $200
60-minute session + 30-minute follow-up after 4 weeks. We’ll review your health history, goals, and create a personalized wellness plan. Yoga and breathwork can be included.
Partial Session – $100
45-60 minute session for guidance on a specific concern or ongoing support.
Seasonal Follow-Up – $100
45-60 minute check-in to review progress and update recommendations.
Continued Mentorship Package – $300
Three 60-minute sessions over three months to provide ongoing support, encouragement, and guidance.
After One Year – $100
45-60 minute sessions for continued monitoring and support.
Family Rates
$150 per additional family member, booked together.

Aloha, I’m Christina Martini. With over 30 years of experience in clinical nursing and care management, I’ve seen firsthand how challenging it can be to juggle work, family, and self-care. I also have deep training in Eastern wellness practices, including yoga, breathwork, and Ayurveda—the ancient Indian “science of life.”

Every person has a unique combination of three forces called Doshas:

Kapha (Earth & Water) – grounded, nurturing, calm
Understanding your Dosha helps you work with your natural tendencies, instead of against them.
