How to Begin Practice & Study at the Shala:

  1. Complete your registration form online or in person.

  2. Pay tuition by cash, credit card, Venmo, or Zelle. For monthly commitments, tuition is due by the 5th.

  3. You’ll receive confirmation via text, email, or phone. Bring your yoga mat and towel.

Tuition and drop-in rates are affordable and accessible, so everyone can experience this transformative Eastern system of yoga.

Monthly Tuition (2–3 Days/Week): $125 (≈ $10/class)

Monthly Tuition (3–4 Days/Week): $150 (≈ $7.50/class)

Kamaʻaina Residents (Unlimited 5–6 Days/Week): $185 (22–24 days/month ≈ $8.40/class)

Bi-Annual: $900 (Kupuna Discount $750)Annual: $1800 (Kupuna Discount $1500)

Travelers (Unlimited 5–6 Days/Week): $200(For non-residents with extended stays on Maui; ≈ $9/class)

Individual Sessions:

  • 1 hour: $100

  • 1 hour 15 min: $125

Private Session Packages (all packages include Daily Mysore Practice and Sunday Led Class at no extra cost, plus Health & Lifestyle Coaching, Breathwork, and Meditation)

  • 4 Sessions (1x/week) — $400

  • 6 Sessions (1x/week) — $600

  • 8 Sessions (1x or 2x/week) — $800

  • 10 Sessions (2x/week) — $1000

All packages expire 30 days from the first session.

  • One hour Personal Private sessions, a perfect way to learn how to develop a routine keep your mind - body clear, healthy and happy from each session.   You’ll have the opportunity to discover, experience, explore, investigate, and ask questions and your practice is in real time to receive feedback!  When you book with me, Here are some ways that I can support your journey.

    Learn step-by-step the importance of the postures from all the series ; Primary, Intermediate or Advanced of Ashtanga Vinyasa Therapeutic Yoga.

    Learn how to safely and appropriately modify postures and/or your entire practice for an injury or illness or conditions chronic or acute.

    Learn how to recover from your practice post surgery, pregnancy, grieving to aid in moving forward and healing.

    Learn to work with your limitations, restrictions and challenges to bring your continued joy with your yoga practice.

    Personalized your yoga practice and provide support and growth to where you need it.

    Learn proper breathing techniques to develop optimal health, wellness, awareness and learn how to also apply breath, bandhas and mental focus in all areas of your life off the yoga mat.

    Learn the power of mantras - chanting practices to support internal mental focus.

    Private Yoga Instruction includes foundation of Asanas (posture), Pranayama (breathing technique), Bandhas (internal muscular locks-Mula, Uddiyana, Jalandhara), Mantra - chanting (Ashtanga Yoga Opening & Closing Mantra, Shanti Mantra), Vinyasa (breath & movement system), Surya Namaskara (Sun Salutations A & B ), seated breath awareness, Meditation practice and eastern Yoga Philosophy. Each session will vary and grow from the Introductory to yoga, 8 limbs, benefits of postures, breath work, movement, meditation for your personal needs using the method and system of yoga chikitsa, yoga therapy of the Ashtanga series then progressing based on your conditions and ability to gradually grow. Private Instructions also allows you to gain an understanding of how to continue a dinacharya - daily routine, daily yoga practice in a sustainable manner. For seasoned practitioners this will be an enriching support to serve the needs of the individual as each will vary based on needs and conditions. A questionnaire and understanding of your intentions why you are interested in beginning a yoga practice to help you with your intentions and purpose.
