By participating in any activity with Shala Santosha Yoga, LLC, I acknowledge the inherent risks of yoga, workshops, and retreats and agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages incurred.

I understand the importance of consulting a physician before engaging in physical activity, and I will inform the instructor of any conditions that may affect my participation.

In the event medical treatment is necessary, I give permission for the staff to administer first aid or seek emergency care as needed.

I hereby waive any claims against Shala Santosha Yoga, LLC, and the teaching staff, including Manju P. Jois and Sathu Jois, for any injuries, damages, or death caused by my participation.
