What is the Perfect Health Course?
This is a holistic, transformative program combining Ayurveda, Perfect Health principles (from Deepak Chopra, M.D.), and traditional Ashtanga Yoga. It is designed to help you create balance in your body, mind, and life.
The course is offered ONLINE via Zoom in live, interactive sessions every weekend. Each session is 2–2.5 hours, Hawaii Time Zone.
