BREATHE. PRACTICE. TEACH.
200-Hour Holistic Therapeutic Wellness Yoga Teacher Training
Where Breath Becomes Teaching
Personalized Mysore • Therapeutic Movement • Strength • Mobility • Balance • Breathwork • Recovery • Functional Wellness
LIVE Online • Maui Immersion • Hybrid
This RYT® 200 teacher training offers a holistic, therapeutic, and individualized approach to yoga, movement, health, and wellness.
Rather than learning to lead everyone through the same sequence, you will learn how to see the individual in front of you and develop a practice around their needs, abilities, goals, and stage of life.
Using the Mysore method as an individualized teaching approach, students learn how to observe movement, establish an appropriate starting point, teach progressively, provide modifications, and develop personalized movement and wellness practices.
The training integrates:
Movement • Functional Strength • Mobility • Flexibility • Balance • Stability • Coordination • Breathwork • Relaxation • Recovery • Functional Anatomy • Stress Management • Health & Wellness
Primary Series postures provide the movement foundation for Module 1, with adaptations and modifications taught throughout.
Module 2 builds upon that foundation using Intermediate postures and movement patterns for continued growth in strength, mobility, stability, coordination, movement control, and functional performance.
The person comes first. The practice follows.
All training is taught LIVE — never pre-recorded and emphasizes personal practice, observation, direct experience, practice teaching, individual feedback, and mentorship.
A DIFFERENT APPROACH TO TEACHER TRAINING
Health and wellness involve much more than flexibility or performing advanced postures. Throughout this training, you will learn to look beyond the posture and consider the whole person. You will learn to ask:
What does this person need? Where do they need greater strength or mobility? How is their balance and coordination? How are they breathing and moving? What should be modified? What is an appropriate starting point? When is progression appropriate? How can the practice support their everyday life?
The goal is not to make the person fit the practice. The practice is adapted to support the person.
PERSONALIZED MYSORE TEACHING
Mysore provides the individualized teaching framework for this program. Rather than everyone practicing identical movements at the same pace, each person works with their own personalized practice while receiving individual guidance within a shared environment.
You will learn how to:
• Observe individual movement and abilities
• Establish an appropriate starting point
• Develop personalized practice plans
• Integrate breath with movement
• Build strength, mobility, balance and coordination
• Modify and adapt postures
• Teach progressively
• Recognize when to progress or simplify
• Reassess practices as needs change
• Help students develop confidence and independence
One teaching environment. Individual practices. Personalized guidance.
HOLISTIC THERAPEUTIC WELLNESS
A personalized practice may include:
Yoga Postures • Adaptive Movement • Functional Strength • Mobility • Flexibility • Balance • Coordination • Breathwork • Relaxation • Recovery • Stress Management • Wellness Practices
Students learn how these different tools can be brought together to create a practice appropriate for the individual. The training emphasizes working within your professional scope. Yoga teachers are not trained to diagnose or treat medical conditions, and students learn when referral to an appropriate healthcare professional may be needed.

Strength • Mobility • Stability • Balance • Coordination • Movement Control • Functional Performance
The focus is not simply performing more difficult postures. Students learn why, when, and for whom progression may be appropriate and how movements can be modified according to the individual. WHERE BREATH BECOMES TEACHING
This training is not about memorizing a sequence and teaching everyone the same way. It is about learning to: See the person before the posture. Understand the need before choosing the movement. Know when to strengthen. Know when to mobilize. Know when to challenge. Know when to modify. Know when to slow down.
And teach with purpose. The goal is to prepare teachers who understand that movement, breath, strength, mobility, balance, coordination, relaxation, recovery, and overall wellness are interconnected.
Your students are individuals. Their practice should be too.
