IMMERSIVE WEEKEND ONLINE-HYBRID

200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (RYT 200)

Step into tradition, self-discovery, and transformation

Train from anywhere in the world with live, interactive weekend sessions—or join us in beautiful Maui for a 12–14 day in-person immersive experience. This program is guided by Christina Martini, Authorized Senior Teacher of the Traditional Lineage of Ashtanga Yoga Therapy, integrating old-school Abhyāsa, Ayurveda, and holistic health practices.

Why Choose This Training

Old-School Abhyāsa as the Foundation
At the heart of our program is the classical principle of Abhyāsa—consistent, disciplined practice with mindfulness and intention. By honoring this timeless approach, you cultivate resilience, awareness, and mastery of your body, mind, and spirit. Transformation comes gradually, through steady effort, rather than shortcuts or external achievement.

Holistic, Therapeutic Approach
Immerse yourself in Ashtanga Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, and lifestyle integration. Daily self-care rituals, pranayama, meditation, and movement practices foster balance, physical health, emotional resilience, and overall wellbeing. Each practice is tailored to your unique body, abilities, and goals.

Deep Connection & Community
Learn in a supportive environment that honors Eastern traditions and the authentic lineage of Ashtanga Yoga. Mentorship, guidance, and peer support create a vibrant, connected community of practitioners.
