Meet Our Shala Assistant & Apprenticeship Teachers

We are humbled and honored to uphold the old-school traditions and lineage of Ashtanga and Ayurveda Yoga — teachings rooted in wisdom, devotion, and service.

Through direct study and the therapeutic approach of Yoga guided by Christina Martini, the Shala remains deeply grounded in the authentic practices of Yoga Therapy.

Each class, workshop, and training at the Shala is a living expression of this sacred path — blending discipline, devotion, and the holistic wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy to nurture wellbeing in body, mind, and spirit.
