Meet Our Shala Teachers: We are honored and humbled to uphold the old-school traditions, lineage, and practices of Ashtanga and Ayurveda Yoga — teachings rooted in wisdom, devotion, and service.
Lineage & Tradition: Through direct teachings, trainings, and the approach of Yoga Therapy — guided by the wisdom and compassion of Manju P. Jois — our Shala remains deeply rooted in the authentic, old-school Ashtanga Yoga tradition.
We are grateful to be direct students of Manju P. Jois, continuing his lineage of healing, humility, and daily practice.
Every class, workshop, and training with Christina Martini, Shala Santosha is a living expression of this sacred path — blending discipline, devotion, and the holistic principles of Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy for wellbeing in body, mind, and spirit.

Caio’s further studies include Sanskrit, Vedic Mantras, Ancient Spiritual Texts and Ayurveda. When Caio is not practicing āsana or studying, he is surfing the waves of Maui, singing his heart out at the Hanuman Maui Temple and nourishing his body with Ayurvedic plant based meals.
