Bi-Annual: $900 (Kupuna Discount $750)
Annual: $1800 (Kupuna Discount $1500)
Travelers (Unlimited 5–6 Days/Week): $200
(For non-residents with extended stays on Maui; ≈ $9/class)
Out-of-Town / Traveling & Returning Students
If your travel itinerary allows, please plan for at least 2–3 days of practice while you are on Maui.
If that’s not possible, drop-in participation is always welcome.

You are encouraged to make a commitment to yourself to attend a minimum of 2–3 classes per week to experience the full benefits of yoga, breathwork, and meditation.
Yoga is a lifestyle and lifelong practice, integrated into daily life 4–6 days a week as a sacred ritual. The ancient roots of this practice are profound and truly life-transforming. HOW TO BEGIN PRACTICE & STUDY AT THE SHALA
STEP 1:
Complete your registration form prior to arriving for class, either in person at the Shala or virtually via Zoom.
STEP 2:
Tuition may be paid:
In cash upon arrival, prior to practice
Or by credit card, Venmo, or Zelle before or at the start of class
For monthly commitments (Resident Practitioners), tuition is due no later than the 5th of each month.
Please set a reminder to submit tuition promptly.
STEP 3:
You will receive a confirmation via text, email, or phone call from Christina once your registration has been received.
Please bring your yoga mat and sweat towel to class.
Christina has made tuition and drop-in rates affordable so that everyone has the opportunity to experience this powerful Eastern system of yoga.

One hour Personal Private sessions, a perfect way to learn how to develop a routine keep your mind - body clear, healthy and happy from each session. Learn step-by-step the importance of the postures from all the series ; Primary, Intermediate or Advanced of Ashtanga Vinyasa Therapeutic Yoga.

Private Yoga Instruction includes foundation of Asanas (posture), Pranayama (breathing technique), Bandhas (internal muscular locks-Mula, Uddiyana, Jalandhara), Mantra - chanting (Ashtanga Yoga Opening & Closing Mantra, Shanti Mantra), Vinyasa (breath & movement system), Surya Namaskara (Sun Salutations A & B ), seated breath awareness, Meditation practice and eastern Yoga Philosophy. Each session will vary and grow from the Introductory to yoga, 8 limbs, benefits of postures, breath work, movement, meditation for your personal needs using the method and system of yoga chikitsa, yoga therapy of the Ashtanga series then progressing based on your conditions and ability to gradually grow. Private Instructions also allows you to gain an understanding of how to continue a dinacharya - daily routine, daily yoga practice in a sustainable manner. For seasoned practitioners this will be an enriching support to serve the needs of the individual as each will vary based on needs and conditions. A questionnaire and understanding of your intentions why you are interested in beginning a yoga practice to help you with your intentions and purpose.
