Boil the Cabbage, Carrots, Celery, Tomatoes, Bell Peppers to create the vegetable broth with savory taste.

Add diced ginger and garlic , cilantro, basil, parsley for creative options.

Seasoned only with black peppers, paprika, cumin, red chili flakes, oregano, no salt if possible.

How to enjoy for detox;

Have 2-3 bowls of soup a day, or have as many. This will be my meal for the 3-5 days during detox time.

I drink plenty of water throughout the day and when feeling hungry , I sip more soup.

for weight loss purposes or weight management, this is pretty amazing. snack on fresh veggies if you need to.

3-4 ripe tomatoes , diced

4 cups of spinach

3 zucchini, chopped
