My daily shot , Apple cider vinegar. 

Do you Know the Amazing Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar? 

 it take a two-step process to make. 

The first step are your  crushed fresh apples or apple cider to ferment  to the sugars from the apples to turn into cider. 

The second is when you add bacteria to the fermented cider it’s becoming , which continues the process of fermenting turning it into that sour acidic acid , the main compound in vinegar, sour wine. 

Why Raw, Organic, Unfiltered, Unpasturized? 

Because Organic, raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar contains goodness for our gut like the "mother," strands of proteins, enzymes and bacteria that give the process that  unpasteurized appearance where at the bottom you see the appearances of all that good bacteria.  It contains some amino acids and antioxidants thats proven to help many conditions. 

FYI: long ago, It has traditionally been used for cleaning, disinfecting, treating nail fungus, lice, warts and ear infections, great for water sports divers and swimmers, surfers.

  • add to your cooking, marinades, salad dressings, dips, etc 

  • dilute it in water and drink it as a beverage.

  • Take it as straight shot before and before bedtime or before each meal. 

It’s best to start with small doses and avoid taking large amounts in the beginning. Always check with your doctor or naturopath MD if you have pre-existing condition.
