This program is specifically designed to enhance strength, conditioning and technique – ensuring results and joy throughout your practice. . You will learn how to activate the right muscles through foundational techniques, build strength to effortlessly take flight and accelerate the progression of your yoga physical asana practice. This is a small group program limited to 10 people so you receive individual attention.

Some poses will be covering:

Bent Arm Balances: Crow, Side Crow, Galavasana, Crooked 8 limb pose, Chin Stand and Peacock Pose and more
Forearm Balance & variations (including scorpion & hollowback)
Headstand: Forearm and Tripod
Handstand, classical headstand and variations to strengthen them
How to fall safely with confidence with Backbends and some drop backs and tick tock technique.
